An experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the construction industry, providing all elements of quantity surveying, project management and building surveying services to a variety of public and private clients.  Steve has been employed by Nicol Thomas for the majority of his working career, with a brief spell being spent gaining commercial quantity surveying experience of high street banks and laboratory refurbishment projects.

Steve prides himself on gaining his RICS qualification after a number of years of part time study on a day release basis, whilst training in employment, gaining a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying in 1992 and MRICS qualification in 1993 (MRICS Reg No 93101).

Steve has continued to provide services on a variety of construction projects, particularly housing, industrial and commercial work areas, specialising in housing refurbishment projects, across the full spectrum of size and complexity.
